VDV AI CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Subscription Cancellations

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to bernhard@vdvauto.co.za or through your account dashboard (if available).
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

1.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions may be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 14 days, no refunds are issued for annual cancellations, but your access will continue until the end of the paid term.

2. Token Purchases

2.1 Unused Tokens

  • Purchased tokens do not expire and remain in your account until redeemed.
  • No refunds are provided for unused tokens, as they retain their value indefinitely.

2.2 Redeemed Tokens (Leads)

  • Once tokens are redeemed for leads, no refunds or exchanges are permitted.
  • VDV AI does not guarantee lead conversion rates or outcomes.

3. How to Cancel

3.1 Email Request

  • Send cancellation requests to bernhard@vdvauto.co.za with
    • Your full name
    • Account email
    • Reason for cancellation

3.2 Auto-Renewal

  • Disabling auto-renewal does not cancel your current subscription. You must submit a formal cancellation request.

4. Exceptions

4.1 Service Disruptions

  • If VDV AI discontinues a service permanently, users will receive prorated refunds for unused subscriptions or tokens.

5. Policy Changes

  • VDV AI reserves the right to modify this policy. Users will be notified via email or website notice.
